Assessment 1 carries 50% of the total marks for the module.
You are required to submit an individual reflective report based on two activities of the virtual residential weekend. The report, which should comprise 2500 words (plus or minus 10% ), will describe briefly , and then will reflect on, analyse and evaluate, your learning experience.
The report should focus on a reflection on what you have learned, what you would do differently in a future similar situation, and how it may be used in your development as a manager.
Evidence of wide reading should be demonstrated and reference to appropriate literature should be incorporated to support your reflection, theoretical analysis and evaluation.
In the course of your reflection apply theory from the topic of Learning for each experience and additionally theory from at least one topic area for each experience from the following list:

Explicit demonstration of the use to which the learning may be put in future, both in general and in relation to the student’s development as a manager.
Analysis of the learning process clearly supported by relevant (correctly explained) theory in learning and in an area of Managers and Organisations appropriate to the activity reflected on.
