The RRL is required for pre-thesis/dissertation writers in lieu of the written comprehensive exam or public lecture. This is a prelude to the thesis/dissertation proposal and is deemed necessary to prepare you for the major requirement in Thesis/ Dissertation 1. Writing your literature review now in relation to a future proposal writing will facilitate the writing of your Background or Introduction later on. This RRL requirement is a test of your research skills and comprehensive knowledge about a chosen topic in your field or program. You will be evaluated using a rubric. You will only be allowed to enroll in Thesis/ Dissertation 1 if you get a passing grade in your RRL.
Remember, the output you will have in this phase may serve as your initial background for your future proposal in Thesis/ Dissertation Writing 1. It is important then to consider carefully this preparatory activities.

3. File 2 is a research that focuses on the impacts of Project Variations. For my theme, my intended future paper would be applied research that focus on making a Policy in handling contract changes in the projects of my company. File 2 focuses on public or government projects while my paper will focus on a private company
